Finished Basement

We took this unfinished basement and turned it into a beautiful, usable space. We included sanding the paint off the concrete floors to ensure the longevity of the tile, sealing the concrete block walls, and crown molding for a finishing touch.

Getting a home ready for sale

These homeowners needed to get their home ready to sell, so we did everything that their realtor asked. Painting ceilings, walls, and baseboards throughout the home, along with replacing flooring on the main floor. Soft washed the roof and siding and pressure washed the front porch and driveway (no pressure washing pictures because I forgot). We're willing to get paid after closing, so you can get top dollar for your home. The project took 2 weeks to complete, 2500 sq ft of paint, 900 sq ft flooring and base boards, all exterior doors painted, and all the exterior washing.

This is a master bedroom/bathroom remodel. The project took 5 days and turned out just how the homeowner wanted. Fresh paint, tile, and fixtures made it feel like new.

This home needed a lot of work to be ready to sell. We got rid of the cigarette smoke smell, along with replacing all the outlets, light fixtures, and switches. Two bathroom remodels along with a whole house of new flooring, paint, and a kitchen remodel made transformed this home into looking brand new again. This project took 3 and 1/2 weeks to complete (empty home helped the time greatly). There is a lack of before pictures, unfortunately.
